Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided they meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Only new, unopened products in their original packaging or products that have never been used are eligible for return.
- Return Window: Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Unboxing Video Requirement:
To process a return request, we require an unboxing video. This video must clearly show:
- The product and its original packaging.
- Any defects, damages, or issues with the product.
This step ensures a fair and accurate evaluation of the request.
Exchanges
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we accept exchanges for eligible products.
Process for Exchanges:
- Our courier partner, Delhivery, will arrange a pickup of the item to be exchanged.
- Once the product is received at our facility, we will review it for eligibility.
- After approval, we will dispatch the replacement product within 24 hours.
- If the request is rejected, customers will be notified via email with the reasons for the rejection.
Return Method
How to Return a Product:
- All returns must be initiated by mail.
- Customers can download and print the return label provided via email.
Return Label Cost:
- There is no cost for the return label or return shipping.
Restocking Fee
- There are no restocking fees for returned or exchanged products.
